Mechanics pose behind one of the gigantic machines used to haul ore at a north Australian mine. Many of the drivers are women who, reputedly, are better drivers than the men because they are gentler with the massive trucks. With tyres worth around $10,000 each it is understandable that restrained driving is a priority.
